Your log-in details from our VIP website or our free forums will not work on the support suite.

If you use AOL, Hotmail, Gmail or other free email providers, please check your SPAM folder for possible replies from us. We reply to all tickets so check your SPAM folder before chasing us up again :)

Remember to provide us with your username if you are an existing member and provide as much information as possible so that we can help you quickly.

Please allow 24 hours for us to respond to your support request and do not open additional support tickets about the same subject as this will cause delays.

Emails from KOPTALK should end @koptalk.com all in lowercase letters. When you hit reply, ensure that is the case as it's easy for malicious people to make an email look like it has come from us. If in doubt, contact us.

Never give out your private details and do not click on links to anti-KopTalk websites (rival sites and former (banned) members) as they have been known to infect users with spyware and viruses.
