Do not use the same password on KopTalk as you do on other websites or your account may be hacked. If in doubt about any contact you have received, please open a support ticket immediately. RESPONSE TIMES During the day you should receive a response to a support ticket within a couple of hours but please allow up to 24 hours. Always check your SPAM folder for possible missing replies (email responses from us). AOL, HOTMAIL AND OTHER FREE EMAIL SERVICES Sometimes people complain to us that we haven't replied to a support ticket. We reply to ALL support tickets and keep a record of them. If it appears that we haven't replied, check your SPAM folder. This is usually what has happened. EXISTING MEMBERS Your log-in details will not work on the support ticketing system. You need to register if you want to track your support tickets online. * Due to the work our website involves we are often mobile so if you do not receive a response, please leave it a while and try again later. If your number is withheld prefix our number with 1470 to release it as we often receive prank calls from Mancs, Bluenoses etc. If your number is withheld your call may be ignored. |
